About Us

Performance Pathways Consulting is a management consulting limited liability company W.L.L (CR: 181239-1) located at the heart of Bahrain in Seef Mall, Manama. The company has been registered in accordance with Decree Law No. (27) for the year 2015 of the commercial registration.

Meet the Managing Director

Farid Karaymeh

Farid Karaymeh is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in strategy management, economic affairs, and feasibility studies. He has worked with several prestigious organizations in both the private and public sectors across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain. Notable institutions include Al Rajhi Bank (Saudi Arabia), Riyadh Development Company (Saudi Arabia), the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (Jordan), the Ministry of Works (Bahrain), the Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture (Bahrain), and the Jordan Loan Guarantee Corporation (Jordan), in addition to numerous research and consulting centers in the Gulf region.

He has successfully contributed to several specialized consultancy projects in strategy management for the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Notable projects include the Development of the Institutional Performance Management System "Takamul," which represented a strategic plan for the government (2019–2022). This plan was supported by objectives, performance indicators, and initiatives and aligned with Bahrain's Economic Vision 2030 and key global indices. He also played a pivotal role in activating strategic planning for the Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture in Bahrain. His deep expertise in strategy implementation and applying strategic frameworks such as the Balanced Scorecard, coupled with his specialization in economic affairs, has made him a trusted advisor for institutions focused on achieving transformational strategies and sustainable growth.

Farid has conducted over 50 feasibility studies in diverse economic sectors, including real estate, industrial, tourism, infrastructure, agriculture, transportation, health, and education. He has also carried out numerous studies aimed at optimizing service costs and increasing revenue in the public sector.

Additionally, he has published various articles on topics such as food security, strategic planning, and more.

Farid holds a bachelor's and master's degree in economics and has participated in numerous training courses and forums in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Germany. He also holds an international professional certification in strategy implementation from APMG International, a global leader in project management.
