Performance Plus! is published the second Monday of each month to assist you, our friends and clients, with managing key business responsibilities and areas of concern. . It has the following columns:

      • Featured Article - Timely articles on Leadership and Management subjects that will assist you in managing your everyday job. These features will be the theme of one or more issues depending on the breadth of the subject being covered
      • Clients' Views - A summary of your views on the Featured Article's subject and occasional articles submitted by you our readers
      • Toby's Thoughts - Experiences and reflections from working with you
      • Mal's reflections - A sharing of learnings' gratefully acquired over years of trial and error with many of you. Sorry about that
      • Tips & Clicks - Short hints and selected URL's we feel will be helpful
